Here is a slideshow of cards I've made over the years, including last week. I will work on embedding a slideshow here soon... still trying to figure all this out. ;o)

This is a cute card I made for my 4-yr old son to give to his Pre-K classmate for her birthday. It was my first time using the paper piecing technique. It seemed a little more challenging, because i first traced the cut-out girl on top of the Designer series paper (DSP) and then cut it out and adhered to the girl (instead of stamping on it and then cutting it out.)Usually, it works better on open images (at least that's what I have seen.) I enjoyed "dressing" her up. I also added the DSP to the cake. The DSP, ribbon, inks, and most of the cardstock (with the exception of Regal Rose) are retired. I really love the color combo, and if I ever made it again, I can always change up the colors. This is a quick birthday card I made for one of my co-workers. I actually made it right before I came to work and passed it around to be signed by all my colleagues and another team that she works with on a daily basis. They all loved it and were surprised to know I made it. I guess I need to bring more creations in and put them in my cubicle. ;o) . I just made this cute little 3x3" for one of my friends, who is also in my downline. I wanted to send her a lil' note telling her about the latest things SU! is up to and included this cute little card in the package.

Although, the cardstock, ink, and ribbon are retired, the stamps are not. I will definitely make this one again and alternate the images from the Defining Alphabet and Define Your Life stamp sets.
